Beavers is running as a joint section
Due to leader availability, we are not currently running a separate Beavers Colony. Young people from the age of 7 take part in a modified version of our Cubs programme, as part of a joint section.
Beavers are young people aged 7–8 who:
Every week, our Beavers meet on Wednesdays, 5:30–6:45pm, to hop, skip and jump their way through lots of different games and activities — achieving anything they set their minds to, and having lots of fun along the way.
Being a Beaver is all about growing and learning in small but mighty ways. Here are just a few of the things our Beavers get up to:
Beavers also spend at least one night away each year, whether it's a sleepover at the hall or a camping adventure with our friends in Cubs and Scouts.

Beavers is our most popular section for new joiners, so we usually have a waiting list. Let us know through our joining form and we'll be in touch as soon as we have a space.
If your child is too young to join Beavers, you can still register your interest and we'll be in touch when they are old enough and we have a space for them.
