Update your details
Our records have to be up to date. Please let us know if anything changes.
Missing information can stop a trip
If required information is missing we may not be able to take your child on trips or to events. Check your child's record in Online Scout Manager to make sure nothing is missing.
What we need
We need the following for each young person. Type None in any field that does not apply to your child.
Parental and emergency contacts
- Forename and surname
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Relationship to child
Doctor's surgery
- Doctor's name
- Surgery name
- Phone numbers
Young person
- Medical requirements
- Allergies
- Dietary requirements
- Tetanus vaccination
- Swimming ability
- School
- NHS number
- Photograph consent
- Religion (optional)
How to update
Details are kept in Online Scout Manager (OSM), the system we use to manage membership.
Log in to Online Scout Manager
Go to onlinescoutmanager.co.uk (opens in a new tab) and sign in. If you don't have an account yet, contact us and we'll send you an invitation.
Open Personal Details
Select your child and go to Personal Details. Contacts, doctor and young person details are all there.
Save your changes
Click “I confirm these details are correct” at the top of the page to save. Changes apply straight away.
